Again, get rid of “my friend and” He gave the book to I. Uh-oh.

Rules of using I and me:
1. I = subject. Always capitalized.
a. Ex. I went to the store.
b. Ex. My friend and I went to the store.
2. me = object. Not capitalized.
a. Ex. She hit me.
b. Ex. She hit my friend and me.
3. Always put yourself last.
“My family and I” Not “I and my family” |
